How Scopeworth handles information collected from this website and from people interacting with us during our early validation phase.
We collect a small amount of information about people who interact with Scopeworth during our early validation phase. This may include:
We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we do not sell personal information.
When you submit a form on this site (for example, the sample report request, contact form, or early access form), we receive the values you provide along with a submission timestamp. We use this information to follow up about your request, improve the product, and shape our early access program.
We may use privacy respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited and which calls to action are used. Where analytics tools are configured, they collect aggregated event data such as page views, clicks, form starts, and submissions. They do not, by themselves, identify individual visitors. Until you make a cookie choice, analytics runs in a cookieless mode: nothing is stored on your device, so each visit stays anonymous and cannot be linked to a previous one. Cookies that recognise your browser across visits are set only if you accept analytics cookies, as described under Cookies below, and declining stops analytics on this site entirely.
On our sign in pages we also record which identity provider was chosen and whether the handshake completed, so we can tell a broken sign in from an abandoned one. We do not send the email address, name, or workspace involved to our analytics tools.
We sort cookies and similar browser storage into three categories. Essential cookies are always active because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only once you accept them. Before you choose, analytics runs without any cookies or browser storage, and the marketing tag is not loaded at all.
Your answer is stored in a first party cookie named sw_consent for 180 days, after which we ask again. Refusing is one click and costs you nothing on this site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, here or through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.
We use information for the following purposes:
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers we use to operate the website, hosting, email, analytics, and customer messaging.
If a future product version processes SDLC metadata from tools such as Jira, GitHub, GitLab, calendar tools, or AI delivery tools, that processing only happens when a customer or design partner explicitly connects those tools.
We retain submission and contact information for as long as needed to follow up with you or to support our early validation work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Our website and product depend on outside services for hosting, email, analytics, and form handling. Each provider has its own privacy practices. We choose vendors who handle data responsibly.
Scopeworth may be accessed from countries outside of the country where it is operated. If you submit information through this website, you consent to that information being transferred and processed in the location where Scopeworth and its service providers operate.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we collect. Scopeworth is in early validation and does not currently claim any external compliance certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR certification, or HIPAA compliance. Our Security page describes our principles and the controls we plan to add as we mature.
