Organization acceptance and evidence

The product records the document version, digest, organization and authorized accepting role with the decision. Draft-mode staging acceptance is a test record, not an executed commercial agreement. A published document is immutable; changed terms require a new version. Minimum acceptance evidence has a bounded retention policy separate from Customer Content.

Earlier versions

Version 1.0 DPA and its US State Privacy Addendum, version 1.0 retain their original bytes and draft status. They are available for historical evidence. Publishing a new version does not change a customer’s earlier acceptance record.
