Early access, design partner program

Help shape the report agencies actually take to their clients.

We're working with a small group of software agencies and consultancies to turn their real client reporting workflow into the first version of Scopeworth. This is design partnership, not a newsletter signup.

Who it's for

Agencies and consultancies actively delivering client work.

Ideal participants run multiple active client projects, prepare monthly client reports, deal with scope changes or invoice conversations, and are exploring AI delivery.

What design partners get

Direct influence over v1.

Design partners get hands on access to early reports, direct input on integrations, and meaningful partnership terms.

What we are validating

The report itself.

Which sections matter most, how confidence should read, how AI work should be reported, and how the report fits client reviews.

What participation looks like

Light, focused, useful.

Short conversations, occasional walkthroughs of report drafts, and (where you are open to it) sanitized data so we can produce reports against your real delivery patterns.

Pricing fit

We price by clients and projects, never per engineer. A fixed-scope concierge pilot is $1,500 to $3,000; the planned subscription runs $500 to $1,000/mo to $1,500 to $3,000/mo by portfolio size. Your honest read here helps us price right.

A fixed-scope pilot — one client-ready report for your next QBR — is $1,500 to $3,000. Is that worth it to you?
Once it's a product, pricing is a flat monthly fee by portfolio size — not per engineer. Which fits?
Optional.
